High power committee for 4 districts only: Pocharam

Hyderabad, Oct.6: Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy clarified that high power committee has been constituted only to look into the demand of four districts and not other districts. Talking to reporters, Srinivas Reddy who is also a member of the committee being headed by K Keshava Rao, stated that the committee would not deal with other districts already announced. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has constituted the Keshava Rao committee to look into the demand for four districts Siricilla, Janagaon, Gadwal and Asifabad, he said. The committee will submit its report to the government on Oct 7, he said. KCR has already taken a decision on revenue divisions and mandals and districts will be finalized soon. Ultimately the chief minister has made it clear that only 31 districts will be coming into existence from Dasara festival onwards he added.
