How to make a PDF of your certificates

1. Photograph each page flat on a table, in good light, from straight above, or choose photos you already have.
2. Add them in the order the form wants; move a page earlier or later with the arrows, or remove it.
3. Tap a page and drag the four dots onto the paper's corners: the PDF shows the page straight and flat, without the table around it.
4. Choose the size your form allows (100 KB, 200 KB…) and download the PDF.

Everything happens in your browser: the documents are never uploaded to ap7am or anywhere else, and they are gone when you close the page.

Clean, Colour or Black & white

• Clean (the first choice): grey paper becomes white and the text dark; seals and photos keep their colour.
• Colour: the page as photographed.
• Black & white: the sharpest text in the smallest file, for forms that accept it. The best choice when a limit is small.

Getting under the size limit

The tool first makes each page sharp (1754 pixels on its longer side, an A4 page at 150 dots an inch). If the PDF is over your limit, it lowers the picture quality in 6 steps, the same for every page so they look alike; if that is not enough, it takes pixels off, in 4 steps down to 900. It stops at the first that fits, so you get the sharpest PDF under the limit. A form's "200 KB" may count 1,000 or 1,024 bytes a KB: the PDF stays under both.

Still too big? Choose Black & white, drag the corners closer to the paper's edges, or leave out a page the form does not need.
