How to turn a PDF into JPG images
- Choose the PDF (or drop it on the box). Its pages show as small pictures, all ticked.
- Untick the pages you do not need, or type the ones you do, such as
1-3, 5. - Choose JPG or PNG and how sharp. If the form says "upload as JPG, at most 200 KB", choose JPG and 200 KB under "Each image under".
- Tap the button. One page gives one image to download or share; several give each image on its own and all of them in one ZIP file.
Everything happens in your browser: the PDF is never uploaded to ap7am or anywhere else. Images keep your PDF's
name and the page, such as certificate-page-1.jpg, with their sharpness written in, so they print at
the page's true size.

JPG files are much smaller and are what forms and WhatsApp take. PNG keeps text the sharpest, in larger files; use it for a page you will zoom into or edit.
Under a size limit
With a limit, each JPG is made the sharpest it can be under it: first at the sharpness you chose with a little less quality, then a little less sharp, never below 60 dots an inch, where small print can no longer be read. A KB is counted as forms count it, so the image passes whether the portal takes a KB as 1,000 or 1,024 bytes. A page with very much on it may not fit a small limit; the tool says so, and gives the smallest it can.
Questions
The form wants the certificate as a JPG under 100 KB. How?
Choose the PDF, tick just that page, choose JPG and 100 KB, then tap the button. The image is the sharpest that fits under 100 KB.
Can I get a PDF back from images?
Yes: JPG to PDF puts photos of pages into one PDF under a size limit. To make a PDF itself smaller, use Compress PDF; to take some pages out as a PDF, Split PDF.
How do I open the ZIP file?
On Android, the Files app opens it (tap it, then Extract); on an iPhone, the Files app (tap it once); on a computer, double-click it. Or download the images one by one from the list.
Can it convert a password-protected PDF?
Yes: type the password when asked (it stays on your device). The images have no password.
Is my PDF uploaded or stored?
No. Its pages are drawn in your browser; nothing is sent to ap7am or anywhere else.
