How to merge PDFs and photos into one PDF
- Add the PDFs and photos (JPG or PNG), or drop them on the box. Each shows its pages and size.
- Put them in the order you want with the ↑ and ↓ buttons; remove any with ×.
- If the form has a size limit, choose it (100 KB, 200 KB, 300 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB, or your own); otherwise leave "No limit".

Everything happens in your browser: your files are never uploaded to ap7am or anywhere else, and they are gone when you close the page.
What happens to each file
- PDFs: every page is copied as it is, so text, fonts and drawings stay sharp and searchable.
- Photos: each becomes an A4 page, upright, portrait or landscape to suit its shape, with a small margin. A small photo is not stretched to fill the page.
- Locked PDFs: type the password when asked; their pages are added as pictures (a locked PDF's pages cannot be copied otherwise), which the page tells you.
Under a size limit
With a limit chosen, the merged PDF is made smaller in the same steps as Compress PDF: first the parts nobody sees are taken out and the photos made lighter, keeping the text; only if that is not enough are the pages saved as pictures, and the page says so.
Questions
How do I put my certificates in one PDF for a form?
Add each certificate (a PDF, or a photo of it), put them in the order the form lists them, choose the form's limit (often 200 KB or 500 KB) and merge. For photos taken at an angle, first make each a clean page with JPG to PDF, which straightens and whitens them.
Can I take pages out of a PDF before merging?
Yes: use Split PDF to keep only the pages you need, then add that PDF here.
How many files can I merge?
As many as your phone's memory allows; together up to about 100 MB. Large scans take longer: the page shows how far it has got.
Are my files uploaded or stored?
No. They are joined in your browser; nothing is sent to ap7am or anywhere else.
