Cloud-enabled answer scripts for TSPSC exam

Hyderabad, Aug 21: The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) will introduce Cloud-enabled answer scripts to prevent malpractices in the Assistant Executive Engineers Recruitment exam to be held on September 20. For the first time in the country, the commission had made arrangements for Cloud-enabled answer sheets on screens for 30,000 candidates. However, exam will be conducted by convention Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheet if more than 30,000 candidates apply for the exam. Speaking to the media, TSPSC Chairman Ghanta Chakrapani said that only question papers will be downloaded at the exam centres using a broadband connection. The candidates will be screened by biometric devices and the question papers will not match from candidate to candidate. He said that computerisation will reduce the duration of recruitment process.
