Kodela rebukes Jagan for casting aspersions on him

Hyderabad, Dec 18: Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao rebuked Leader of Opposition and YSR Congress Party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy on the first day of the Winter Session on Thursday after the latter cast aspersions on the Speaker in the House. Jagan said, "It is a tradition that the Leader of Opposition speaks after the Leader of the House. But I was denied an opportunity. The Speaker should follow the traditions." This happened after the assembly took up a motion condoling the death of Telugu Desam Party's sitting Tirupati MLA M Venkata Ramana. Kodela adminished Jagan saying,"Don't make an issue of it. Soon after the CM spoke, I turned to you. But you did not respond, so other members including those from your party spoke."
