Ram Gopal Varma apologises for wrong tweet on Balachandar

Hyderabad, Dec 18, 2014: Controversial film director Ram Gopal Varma has apologised for his faux pas in wrongly tweeting about the popular south Indian film director K.Balachander who is very much alive , and offering condolences. In his latest tweet , he said; "My apologies for tweeting about Mr.Balachander without checking on the rumour. Wishing him a speedy recovery." It may be recalled that Balachander has been undergoing treatment at Kaveri Hospital in Chennai for his old age problems. Ram Gopal Varma's wrong tweet over the veteran director has drawn widespread condemnation.
