Bhatti condemns police zulum on Congress leaders

Hyderabad, July 27: Questioning the TRS government to say whether the Congress party was a prohibited one, TPCC Working President Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka condemned the police obstruction of “Chalo Mallanna Sagar” rally on Tuesday. Speaking to the media here on Wednesday at Gandhi Bhavan, Bhatti questioned the State government to tell whether the Congress leaders were prohibited ones and Mallanna Sagar was not located in India. He said consoling the harassed farmers was the primary responsibility of the main Opposition party Congress and the party leaders will visit the lathi-charge victims at any cost. “We will meet the Director General of Police on Thursday and we also will meet National Human Rights Commission in case justice was not done by the DGP”, he said. He wondered whether demanding implementation of law amounts to obstruction of development? He also made it clear that he will not speak about the Ministers, who were not aware of the law.
