In a response to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'mohabbat ki dukaan' (shop of love) slogan, the BJP fired back with a stinging remark, saying that love resides in the heart and is not something to be sold in shops. Mr. Gandhi coined the phrase during his recently concluded Bharat Jodo Yatra, where he stated his desire to open a shop that would sell love in what he called a market of hatred. The BJP didn't take long to respond, crafting a song that expressed their rebuttal to Gandhi's idea. In the song, they argued that the "shop" the Congress leader had in mind was really one that "sells hatred, scams, and appeasement." The BJP further emphasized their point by sharing the song on Twitter, adding the comment, "Love dwells in the heart, not in shops; it's earned and not sold."
