Hyderabad: A 23-year-old Indian student in Australia was violently attacked by Khalistan supporters in Sydney's Merrylands suburb. The student, who remained anonymous, was assaulted with iron rods for opposing extremist elements. The assailants opened his car door, striking him under the left eye and dragging him out for further beatings. They chanted "Khalistan Zindabad" during the attack, which was recorded by two of them. The victim sustained significant head, leg, and arm injuries and was taken to the hospital. The incident has prompted concerns about Khalistani activities, leading to calls for action against them and the protection of Hindu temples.
