Hyderabad: In a distressing incident that unfolded in London, UK, on Tuesday, two Telugu girls were brutally stabbed, resulting in the death of Tejaswini Reddy, while her friend Akhila sustained injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment, as confirmed by the UK Metropolitan Police. The stabbing took place at a residential property located in Neeld Crescent, in the Wembley area of North London. Tejaswini Reddy, originally from Champapet, Hyderabad in Telangana, was residing in the UK with her friends. According to the statement released by the UK Metropolitan Police, a 23-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder and has been taken into custody. Additionally, two other individuals, a 23-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man, were also arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder. While the man remains in custody, the woman has been released without further action.
