The recent return of senior politician Dharmapuri Srinivas to the Congress party has caused quite a stir in his family. Despite initially joining the party along with his son Sanjay, DS resigned just a day later, creating a rift within his family. While DS's other son, Dharmapuri Aravind, remains a member of the BJP and is an MP from Nizamabad, DS has sent his resignation letter to Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge. In a video released by DS's wife Vijayalakshmi, she expressed her concerns over DS's health, revealing that he suffered a brain stroke and paralysis. She urged Congressmen not to come to their house and not to use DS's illness for their political gains. As his wife pleaded, let him live in peace in his old age, and refrain from politicizing his health issues.
