10 TDP leaders suspended from Assembly
Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh assembly session began with chaos today as TDP members protested the introduction of GO No. 1 and demanded its immediate scrapping. According to the sources, displaying placards and shouting slogans, they rushed into the speaker's well, prompting the Speaker to draw a new red line at the podium. The Speaker had previously warned that crossing this line would result in automatic suspension.
Speaker Tammineni Sitaram expressed his disapproval of the TDP members' actions, stating that it was not good practice to enter the well. As a consequence, 10 TDP members were suspended from the House, which led to expressions of anger from the party.
