Nandyal: The four one-month-old female tiger cubs, found near Peddagummadapuram village under Atmakur forest division four days ago, were unsuccessfully reunited with their mother tigress. Forest officials released them in the forest on Wednesday night, but after waiting for two hours without any sign of their mother, they were taken back to the Atmakur forest office. It is said that the officials shifted the cubs to Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park in Tirupati. They will be placed in situ enclosures, with plans to release them in Nallamalla forests after two years.
