West Godavari: In a potentially dangerous situation, a major mishap was averted after a lorry carrying gas cylinders caught in a fire and the shocking incident took place in Mogalthuru of West Godavari. According to the sources, the tyres of a lorry carrying a load of gas cylinders caught fire and the alerted driver jumped out of the vehicle and immediately informed to the fire officials.
After receiving the information, the fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the fire and prevented a major accident. The incident triggered panic among the locals.
