Reports have emerged of RTC drivers allegedly losing their jobs for shaking hands with TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh. The incident occurred during Nara Lokesh's Yuva Galam Padayatra, where two RTC bus drivers reportedly greeted him with a handshake. Photos of the interaction quickly spread on social media. In response, TDP cadres claimed that the drivers were terminated from their jobs and accused the Jagan government of taking "revenge" against a common man for simply speaking with Nara Lokesh. However, the APSRTC has publicly denounced these claims as false and fake news. The organization took to social media to issue a statement, calling the allegations "absolutely false news" and "strongly deny[ing] these claims made in the media."
