Farmer injured in elephants attack in Kuppam
Chittoor: A farmer sustained severe injuries after a wild elephant herd attacked him. The incident took place in Kuppam, Chittoor. According to the reports, an elephant herd created a ruckus in Ganesh Nagar, Kuppam Mandal. It is learnt that an elephant herd attacked the farmer Rama Swamy to protect his crops from wild animals.
He sustained severe injuries and was admitted to the nearby hospital. Doctors said that his health condition is critical and undergoing treatment. Locals said that elephants are creating a ruckus in the area frequently and attacking the people.
