Narrow escape for Shirdi-Visakhapatnam Express passengers

Eluru: Passengers of Shiridi-Vishakapatnam Express narrowly escaped from a major mishap as the coupling between two bogies snapped at Eluru Railway station on Saturday at 5 pm. As per the reports, no injury or casualty was reported as the officials realised the coupling between compartments S2 and S3.

The officials changed the bogie and arranged another bogie for the passengers. It took railway staff more than one hour to fix the problem after the train left for Visakhapatnam. The incident triggered panic among the passengers and took a sigh of relief.
