Sidhu Moose Wala, a popular Punjabi singer and rapper who joined the Congress before the Punjab elections, was murdered. According to sources, he was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Sunday, May 29 in Jawaharke village of Mansa district. A tragic and unfortunate photograph emerged from the Manasa hospital premises. More information is awaited. The sad tragedy occurred just one day after Punjab Police removed security from 424 people, including Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Moose Wala contested for the Mansa Assembly seat on a Congress ticket. Dr Vijay Singla of the AAP defeated him.
