5 PSUs to be closed down: Centre

New Delhi, March 10, 2015: Heavy industries minister Anant Geete informed Lok Sabha today that the Government will shortly close down three loss making HMT units and two other Public Sector undertakings. Informing this to members during a question hour, the minister did not however name the three HMT units and the other two PSUs. Air India and MTNL have also been added to the list of sick PSUs , said the minister , adding that the number of sick PSUs has now reached 65.
