Kejriwal named leader of AAP legislature party

New Delhi, Feb 10: Arvind Kejriwal was Tuesday appointed leader of the AAP legislature party at a party meeting attended by all newly elected 67 legislators. "During the meeting, all the members elected Keriwal through a voice vote which has been formally accepted by him. Now we will meet Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung," Alka Lamba, the newly-elected legislator from Chandni Chowk, told IANS after the meeting. Lamba said all volunteers who contributed to the party's victory were given a standing ovation during the meeting. "Arvind also gave a vote of thanks to the volunteers and the people of Delhi," she said.
