Heart broken Rajaiah says he committed no mistake
Hyderabad, Jan 26, 2015: Asserting that he had committed no mistake as Health Minister, the sacked Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana Dr. T.Rajaiah said that he would continue to work as an ordinary soldier of the TRS and strive his best to achieve Bangaru Telangana.
Dr. Rajaiah , who was upset after being dismissed from the Cabinet by Chief Minister KCR early Sunday, said he is ready to face any punishment if proved guilty.
Dr. Rajaiah was replaced by Kadiyam Srihari who is a TRS MP from Warangal. Even though the dismissal of Rajaiah was expected, no one assumed it would come so early.
"I have not made any mistake. Still, I will abide by KCR's decision and continue to serve the party," he told news persons late last night after confining himself at home for the whole day.
He said he came out of the Congress and joined TRS as he believed that KCR only would be able to achieve Telangana. "That became true and in the most unexpected manner, I was made Deputy Chief Minister. I did my best to rejuvenate the Health department during the last seven months," he said, adding KCR had taken the decision following the reported lapses on part of the officials of health department.
