Indian president, prime minister condole demise of Saudi king

New Delhi, Jan 23: Indian President Pranab Mukherjee Friday condoled the demise of Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, saying in his death India has lost a "close friend" who had "genuine warmth and affection for India and our people". “My heartfelt condolences to the government, royal family and people of Saudi Arabia over the sad demise of King Abdullah,” Mukherjee said in a condolence message.
