SHAR director bags Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Award

Hydera*****, Jan 10: The Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Award for 2014-15 will be conferred on Satish Dhawan Space Centre, SHAR (SDSC, SHAR) Director MYS Prasad, according to reports reaching here on Saturday. Announcing this at the ongoing Indian Science Congress, Chairman of the Congress Dr NB Nims issued orders that stated that Prasad's name has been selected for the 2014-15 year. Prasad will receive the award soon, sources said. The award is given once in two years to eminent personalities in the field of science.
