Man dies while performing father’s post death rituals

Srikakulam, October 28: In a tragic incident, a man died while performing the post death rituals of his father. The incident took place at Gotta barrage of Hiramandalam, Srikakulam district on Friday morning.
 
According to information, Dubbarapu Lalith Sagar (30) of Subhalayya RR Colony in Hiramandalam was a software engineer. His father RMP doctor Suryarao died recently. Lalith Sagar was taking a bath at Gotta barrage before performing the post death rituals of his father. He slipped into the water and died.
 
Fishermen tried to save him but of no use. Police fished out the body and shifted it to Pathapatnam government hospital for postmortem. The deceased has wife and 9-month-old child. The family was in deep depression as father and son died within a week.
