CM KCR happy over Telugu films bagging awards
Hyderabad, April.8: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has expressed happiness over Telugu film “Pellichoopulu” being selected as Best Regional Language Film as part of the National Awards.
The Chief Minister congratulated the producer, director, actors, actresses, technicians and other unit members of the film. He also congratulated Tarun Bhaskar, who was adjudged as the best dialogue writer. The CM stated it was a moment of pride for the Telangana State that citizens from Telangana are showing exemplary talents and getting recognition at the national level.
KCR also hailed another film “Sathamanam Bhavathi” which won award for the wholesome entertainment film and Raju Sundaram for winning the best choreographer award for the film “Janata Garage”. The CM hoped that these awards would further inspire Telugu film industry to win more honors.
