KTR seeks international driving licence
Without fanfare and followers in tow, Telangana IT Minister K. Taraka Ramarao on Monday went to the Regional Transport Authority office at Khairatabad, filled in the application and submitted it to the authority seeking an international driving licence. Despite being minister, KTR quietly walked in to the RTA office, filled the application on his own and applied for the licence. Normally, some of the educated people depend on agents to fill up the application. But KTR filled it up himself and submitted it to the officials. The RTA comes under the Central government.
