AP staff to shift to Amaravati by June 1
The Andhra Pradesh government staff are all set to go to new capital of Amaravati and start working from June 1, according to Staff Joint Action Committee president Muralikrishna. He said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had directed them to be ready to work from Amaravati on June 1, as he wanted full-fledged rule from the new Andhra capital from that date. The workers were willing to comply with the directive. But then they had certain problems. Muralikrishna said the Chief Minister was ready to discuss the problems. He had already been informed about the problems. He did understand. At the same time, the Chief Minister had told them that the State was passing through a finance crisis. Therefore, the staff should cooperate. They would put up with the finance problem. Finally, Muralikrishna added that there were no problems at all for the staff to shift to Amaravati.
