Woman accuses singer Abhijeet of sexually harassing her

Hyderabad, Oct 23: A 34-year-old woman has accused Hindi playback singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya of sexually harassing her during the just-concluded Durga puja celebrations. The woman even filed a complaint with the police stating that the singer had touched her inappropriately. She said he even abused her during a concert of singer Kailash Kher at 10 pm on Wednesday at Lokhandwala in Mumbai, reports said. Abhijeet was the voice of many stars in the nineties. The singer, however, denied harassing the woman. He claimed he only had an argument with the complainant. The woman's uncle happens to be one of the the organisers of the Puja.
