KCR promises health cards to artistes

Hyderabad, April 19, 2015: Praising the role of folk artistes, poets and writers in the Telangana agitation, Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhara Rao said artistes would be provided with health cards akin to Government staff. Addressing the artistes at an orientation programme held at Madapur here as chief guest on Sunday, KCR said that the T agitation got a boost only after artistes joined it. The orientation programme was organised by Rasamayi Balakishan. "The Telangana agitation was strengthened with your joining. Now , you should partner in turning the state into Bangaru Telangana," he told them.
