Vijayawada: The ACB court in Vijayawada will announce its decision on TDP chief Chandrababu's house remand petition today. Chandrababu's lawyers requested house remand, while CID lawyers strongly opposed it after lengthy arguments on Monday. Meanwhile, a letter from Prisons DG Harish Kumar Gupta revealed that Chandrababu already has a specially allocated ward with enhanced security and facilities within the jail, as per the ACB court's orders. The letter also stated that the entire area is monitored by CCTV cameras, and a medical team is available 24/7. Entry to the special ward is permitted only with Chandrababu's consent, and the security is continuously overseen by the Superintendent of Rajahmundry Central Jail.
