Vijaya Sai Reddy, a member of the Rajya Sabha from the YSR Congress Party, has made fun of the prisoner number assigned to Chandrababu in connection with the alleged arrest in the AP Skill Development case. Chandrababu has been remanded to Rajahmundry Central Jail. Critics have pointed out that the prisoner number given to Chandrababu adds up to 23. This has led YSRCP MP Vijaya Sai Reddy to suggest that 2023 might be Chandrababu's last year, implying that he won't be active in politics from 2024 onwards. He went on to allege that this situation would have saddened Chandrababu's late father-in-law, NTR, during his final days.
