TIRUMALA: The "Operation Cheetah" campaign by the forest department has successfully trapped another cheetah. Officials had set up cages at the seventh mile, where this cheetah was caught. This action comes after a leopard recently attacked a girl named Lakshita. A CCTV recorded video from August 24 showed a leopard near the cage, but it didn't go inside. However, on the morning of August 28, the camera recorded the leopard entering and getting trapped. The forest department is now using cameras to keep an eye on cheetah movements in the area.
