She had complained of leg pain and swelling, which prompted her admission to the hospital. The incident came to light late on Friday night when the minister faced health issue . On Friday, Roja had been spending time with her family members at her residence in Chennai before the unexpected medical emergency occurred. With the onset of pain and swelling in her leg, she had to be urgently transported to the hospital. Fortunately, Roja's condition has since stabilized, and hospital sources have reported a significant reduction in the swelling. It is expected that she will be discharged soon, bringing relief to her fans, YSRCP leaders and activists who expressed concern upon learning of her illness.
