Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a teenage boy was killed after being hit by a running MMTS train while recording a video for Instagram reels on railway tracks. The shocking incident took place in Sanathanagar on Friday. According to the sources, the deceased was identified as Mohd. Sarfaraz, a student of a Madrasa in Sriram Nagar in Rahmat Nagar. According to the Railway Police, Sarfaraz was with two friends at the time, who were standing a little further away from the rail tracks. The victim Sarfaraz attempted to record a video of a speeding MMTS train while standing too close to the tracks. He failed to judge the distance between himself and the train and was hit by it. As a result of the impact, Sarfaraz fell a few meters away from the spot in the bushes and stones, where he suffered grievous injuries and died on the spot.
