Telangana's Civil Supplies Minister, Gangula Kamalakar, was involved in an accident on Sunday during an event at Cherlabootkur in Karimnagar district. The stage collapsed while Minister Kamalakar and other leaders were present, causing them to collapse as well. Fortunately, the minister was unhurt, but did sustain minor injuries. According to reports, the incident occurred as leaders and activists exceeded the weight limit on the dais, causing it to collapse. As a result, all those present on the platform, including the minister, fell down. A ZP TC member was also injured in the accident and was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.
