K. Kavitha, a Member of Legislative Council (MLC) from Telangana's BRS party and daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, was interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for nearly nine hours on Saturday. She has been summoned again on March 16. Kavitha has been allegedly linked to the Delhi excise policy case as a key member of the South Cartel involved in the alleged scam. Previously, she was questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). After the arrest of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, the ED summoned Kavitha for questioning. Kavitha arrived at the ED office at around 11 am and left around 8 pm after the long interrogation session.
