In an extraordinary encounter that has since gone viral on social media, a leopard was caught on video jumping from a tree only to come face-to-face with a tiger waiting below at the Panna reserve in Madhya Pradesh. The footage shows the leopard perched high in a tree, scanning its surroundings. Suddenly, it takes a leap and lands right in front of a tiger. The tiger appears taken aback by the leopard's sudden appearance and retreats a few steps. According to forest officials, the tigress chose to leave the leopard alone as she has small cubs to protect, ensuring their safety.
