On the occasion of National Girl Child Day, State Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, and Rural Water Supply Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao participated in celebrations with local girls at Chennur in Palakurthy constituency.. In addition to taking part in the event, the minister also showcased his sewing skills by using a sewing machine. The celebrations were held at a high school in Chennur, where Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao performed Karate stunts alongside the girls. He also addressed the gathering and highlighted the various schemes implemented by the Telangana government to provide equal opportunities, equality, and protection to the girl child in the society. The minister emphasized on the importance of empowering girls and creating a gender-equal society.
