In a rather bizarre incidence, a worried citizen of Old city in Hyderabad called Telangana Home Minister Mahmood Ali at midnight recently, seeking answers to a query about Biryani. According to certain media input, a old city resident called the minister at midnight to inquire about the length of time Biryani shops are permitted to remain open.
