South actors Trisha, Vikram and Karthi grabbed the attention of everyone after they played drums together at Ponniyin Selvan 1 (PS1) pre-release event. Trisha, Vikram and Karthi appeared in black coloured outfits. Vikram took drums from a player while they approached him and Karthi also took drums from another player and they started playing drums together with josh. Later, Trisha also joined them and now the video is going viral on the internet. Bankrolled by Mani Ratnam, under his production studio Madras Talkies, along with Allirajah Subaskaran under the banner Lyca Productions. AR Rahman composed music for the flick. Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Jayaram. Sobhita Dhulipala and others are playing lead roles in the movie.
