With the processing time for student visas now only taking 15 days, the United Kingdom is currently receiving a record number of Indian students. Alex Ellis, the British High Commissioner to India, made this information public. Ellis claimed that Indian individuals are now receiving priority visas in just five days during an exclusive interview with NDTV today. In response to a query, Ellis said that domestic concerns are more crucial for the new prime minister Truss. He claimed that they wanted to encourage greater Indian investment in the UK. By 2030, he wanted to see commerce between the UK and India double.
