On Saturday, NV Ramana, the Chief Justice of India (CJI), inaugurated the nine-story city civil courts in Vijayawada that cost Rs 100 crore to build. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister noted that the opening of the Vijayawada city civil courts is a special occasion because it was made possible with the blessings and support of son of soil, CJI NV Ramana. AP CM said it is the grace of God as Justice NV Ramana laid the foundation for the construction of building in 2013 when he was the acting Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court. He said the Andhra Pradesh government will co-operate the judiciary on all aspects.
