Hyderabad: Tollywood music director Mani Sharma accepted the Green India Challenge and planted the saplings at the GHMC park at Prakashan Nagar on Monday. It is known that Rajya Sabha MP J Santosh Kumar initiated the Green India Challenge aiming to increase the forest area in the state. Manisharma said that survival of the human will be in danger due to deforestation to meet human needs. He added that nature is the gift of God and humans survive on Earth when nature is good. Mani Sharma congratulated MP Santosh Kumar for initiating the Green Indian Challenge. He further nominated music director Thaman to accept the challenge.
