Vijayawada: YS Vijayamma, wife of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, late YS Rajashekar Reddy tendered her resignation to the YSRCP honorary president post. Addressing the party's plenary session, YS Vijayamma said that she was with her YS Jagan when he was in trouble and now it is time for her to support her daughter YS Sharmila who founded the YSRTP party in Telangana to bring Rajanna Rajyam in the state. She said that she will be with her daughter YS Sharmila. YS Vijayamma further stated that some people are intentionally spreading false news against her family citing internal disputes among them and added that she decided to tender her resignation to the party to check an end to all the rumours.
