Hyderabad, June 6: The Jubilee Hills police registered a case under IPC section 228 A against BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao for releasing a photo and video to the media in minor gang-rape case. Responding over the issue, the MLA alleged that a false case was filed against him for seeking justice to minor. He slammed the TRS and Congress for keeping silent as MIM MLA’s son was involved in the case. “Facing cases not a new for me as over 70 FIRs filed against me during agitation for statehood,” he mentioned.
