Lalu Prasad Yadav has been indicted in a new corruption case involving suspected irregularities in recruiting between 2004 and 2009, just weeks after he was given bail in a fodder fraud case. In connection with a new corruption investigation against senior Bihar politician and RJD patriarch Lalu Prasad Yadav, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted searches at 15 residences on Friday. According to sources, the CBI has also charged Lalu's daughter in the 'land for railway job scam.' A new complaint has been filed against the former Bihar chief minister on the suspicion of taking railway land from applicants.
