On Saturday, a large group of women held a protest in Guntur. They were protesting against the arrest of N Chandrababu Naidu, who used to be the chief leader of the Telugu Desam party and also the Chief Minister. The protest was named "Nenu Saitam-Babu Kosam" and it started at a place called Subham kalyana mandapam. Things became heated when the police tried to stop the protest. The women were very angry with YS Jagan's government because they believe it played a part in Naidu's arrest. The women praised Naidu for his leadership in the past and expressed that they want him to be the Chief Minister again. Chandrababu Naidu was arrested because of a scandal involving skill development on September 11. Since then, he has been in Rajahmundry Central Prison.
