However, he raised a critical question about why Chandrababu Naidu, whose name is not mentioned in the First Information Report (F.I.R), was taken into custody. According to Sanjay, many people in the state are now questioning the legality of Chandrababu Naidu's arrest, and he asked, "What is the purpose of arresting a former Chief Minister in such a unlawful manner?" Sanjay believes that the people of the state will understand the situation and draw their own conclusions about what is happening in the state.
