Today, the ACB court will review the request to transfer Chandrababu to CID custody concerning the skill development case. CID officials want Chandrababu in their custody for 5 days. This decision came about because Chandrababu's lawyers didn't initially counter the request. However, they told the court they will present a counter-petition today. There's ongoing debate over whether Chandrababu should be under house arrest due to safety concerns. The AP Prisons Department's Director General believes jail is safe for him, citing special arrangements made on court orders. In the midst of this, three party workers Mahesh Reddy, Kilaru Nithin, and Ginjupalli Subbarao filed petitions separately in the ACB court and have asked the ACB court to grant bail to Chandrababu, the TDP chief. Separately, in the High Court, Chandrababu's lawyers have challenged the CID's FIR, claiming it lacks evidence and is politically motivated. They allege that Chandrababu was wrongly implicated.
